PAL Network
About
The PAL Network (Participatory Arts & Learning Network) connects organisations from Sweden, Latvia, Estonia, Iceland and the Czech Republic. Its purpose is to explore how participatory art can enrich adult learning, foster inclusion, and build long-term European cooperation.
The name “PAL” highlights this dual focus: Participatory Arts and Learning. By combining cultural NGOs with experienced adult education organisations, the network creates innovative methods that are both creative and educationally robust.
Together, partners exchange practices, co-develop tools, and prepare a joint Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership (KA220) while strengthening collaboration across Nordic, Baltic and Central European contexts.
