European Projects

STOCKHOLM! project is a newly established non-profit cultural organization based in Stockholm. Founded in 2025 as the sister organization of PRAHO! project in Prague, our aim is to establish a long-term presence in Sweden and to build bridges between Central and Northern Europe.

We build on several years of experience with participatory art, public interventions, and international collaborations in Prague – while developing new methods tailored to Stockholm’s local context.

Upcoming Projects and Applications

  • Creative Europe – cooperation between cultural and creative organizations in Europe
  • CERV – Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values – equality, participation, democracy
  • Horizon Europe – Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society
  • Nordic Culture Fund – projects connecting Nordic countries with Central Europe

Our strategy is based on diversified funding – through European programmes, Nordic funds, and local support schemes in Sweden. In addition to EU programmes, we also apply for support from the Swedish Arts Council (Kulturrådet), the Swedish Arts Grants Committee (Konstnärsnämnden), the Swedish Inheritance Fund (Arvsfonden), as well as local and regional programmes in the City of Stockholm and the Stockholm region.

All of our applications are rooted in the same core values: inclusion, participation, democracy, and cultural cooperation.
